Oba AI is provided under the Oba Tech brand by the individual developer identified on the App Store listing. These terms describe the Oba AI service. The app license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer rights or applicable Apple purchase terms. Support: 774926611@qq.com.

AI creation and your content

You may use templates to create pet images and videos. You must have the rights and any necessary permission to upload and process your selected photos, including permission from recognizable people. Do not upload illegal, exploitative or abusive content, confidential information, or material that infringes another person’s rights.

You retain rights you hold in your uploads. You permit Oba AI to process selected content as needed to provide the service, deliver results, secure the service and enforce these terms. Third-party processing and terms are described in our Privacy Policy and below. AI generation can be inaccurate or unexpected; review results before using or publishing them. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, outcome, exclusivity, or that every AI output qualifies for copyright protection.

Before authorizing AI processing, also review RunningHub's content-use terms and Privacy Policy. Its standard terms include additional content reuse rights for model/service improvement and promotion or distribution; we have not verified an API-specific exclusion. Decline AI processing if you do not accept those conditions. This does not limit your ability to browse the app.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases use Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple shows the price, currency and billing period for your storefront before you confirm. The app displays available products and current entitlements from server-verified configuration. There is no free trial.

• A single-image purchase provides one image generation; a single-video purchase provides one video generation. These are consumable purchases, not recurring subscriptions.
• Weekly membership provides 15 subscription credits each week. Monthly membership provides 40 credits each month. Yearly membership provides 30 credits each month during the annual term, not all credits at once.
• An image generation uses 1 credit and a video generation uses 4 credits. Subscription credits are used first when sufficient; otherwise the matching single-use entitlement is used.
• Subscription credits reset to the plan allowance at the start of each credit period and do not roll over. A yearly subscription’s monthly credit resets do not change its annual billing period.
• Only one membership in the subscription group can be active at a time. Plan changes and their billing timing follow Apple’s subscription rules.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account. Payment is charged to your Apple account on confirmation; renewal may be charged within the 24 hours before the current term ends. Manage or cancel in Apple account subscription settings. Removing the app, deleting an Oba AI account or withdrawing AI processing permission does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Entitlements are deducted when a generation task is submitted. A confirmed failed or timed-out task restores the entitlement to its original credit or single-use bucket. Expired subscription credits do not become a new balance or roll over. An uncertain provider submission is checked rather than automatically charged and submitted again. This entitlement restoration is not an Apple payment refund; payment refund requests follow Apple’s refund process.

Playground community

Publishing is optional and public. Only share content you are entitled to publish. By posting, you permit us to host and display that content and your public profile to provide Playground. Do not post sexual exploitation, harassment, hate, threats, scams, illegal material, or other people’s private information. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent synthetic content as evidence of real events.

You can report objectionable posts or comments, block users and delete your own content. We may restrict publishing, remove violating content or suspend abusive accounts. Safety checks and service availability can temporarily prevent a post from being published. Contact 774926611@qq.com for safety concerns, rights requests or an appeal. Public content may be copied by others before removal.

Availability and account security

Keep your Apple account secure. Do not share session credentials, bypass entitlement checks or abuse the generation services. Templates and provider models can change or become unavailable. We may pause generation or publishing for security, maintenance or provider outages. Paid features must pass the account and entitlement checks; browsing does not grant free generation.

AI results saved on your device should be backed up by you if you want to retain them. See the Privacy Policy for retention and account deletion. Contact support about inaccessible purchases or results; do not make another purchase just to troubleshoot an uncertain transaction.

Changes and contact

We will publish updated terms here when the service changes. Changes do not remove your mandatory rights or retroactively alter completed purchases. For questions about these terms or the service, email 774926611@qq.com.
